Brokke Eigedom AS (previously Brokke Hyttegrend BA) was established in 1998, and was the firm that started the development of Brokke by putting high standard cabin lots out for sale. Since then much has happened, and it happened fast! There has been a tremendous demand for cabin lots and apartments in Brokke. Today there are four zoned cabin and apartment areas in Brokke (Furustøyl, Løefjell, Sitåsen and Brokke Alpinpark). All lots are sold in two of the cabin areas and the apartments are also sold out. A new apartment area is now being planned, and the apartments will be available for sale in the fall of 2007. There's also a new zoning plan out for consultation. We hope that this plan will be approved in the late fall of 2007.
