Hunting or fishing rigths and other time defined products can normally not be canceled or changed. Among these - arranged courses and organized trips. An exception is by Force Majeure; which means extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as floods, earthquakes, strikes and so on. In such cases both parties can cancel the deal. Brokke Aktivitet AS reserves the right to cancel courses and similar activities if the course holder or other essential personnel gets put off by for example sickness.

Special conditions for hunting rights

If you are permanently domiciled abroad and would like to hunt in Norway, you do not need to pass the hunter's test or shooting qualification test if you satisfy the licensing requirements for similar hunting in your country of residence. If you are intending to hunt in Norway, you must send your foreign hunting licence and your name, date of birth and postal address to the Norwegian Register of Hunters. This documentation must be sent by e-mail, fax or letter well in advance of your planned hunting trip.

Anybody who wants to hunt in Norway must pay the hunting licence fee to the Wildlife Fund (Viltfondet). This includes foreign nationals. This fee must be paid before you will be allowed to hunt, but it does not confer the right to hunt in any terrain. In addition to the hunting licence, you must have permission from the owner of the land where you intend to hunt. The hunting licence fee covers an entire hunting season (1 April to 31 March).

There are only a limited amount of hunting rights for each terrain. The hunting rights are limited to certain time periods. You must therefore state the wanted hunting period when ordering. You will receive a order confirmation when the hunting rights are paid. This confirmation must be printed, as it counts as your hunting card.

Special conditions for organized trips/activities

In all activities arranged by Brokke Aktivitet AS, all participants are covered by a collective insurance. This does not include customers who buys hunting and fishing rights,or for example rents a canoe.

Brokke Aktivitet AS reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change trips/activities which is not finally set.
